Updates for Linking to Online Library and Tutoring Resources in Canvas

Due to a statewide Florida public higher education mandate, the FAU Libraries recently upgraded our core library platform to the Alma and Primo VE library systems. This change means that links to our current catalog and our OneSearch system may not work properly after September 30, 2021, even if the link is considered a "permalink." We are urging faculty to update their old hyperlinks. Check out our resources below to identify old hyperlinks and replace them with new ones.

Locating Old Hyperlinks:

Check the links that you and your students use to access library materials.
Find them in your Canvas links, syllabi, CVs, citation managers used for literature reviews, etc.
Links generated from within library databases and vendor eBook platforms other than the library catalog and OneSearch will not be affected.
To help identify your old links, they may contain the following URL snippets:
- fau.catalog.fcla.edu
- site=eds-live
- site=pfi-live
