This December, the University Libraries mailed out over 200 "Caught Studying" postcards across the country—an all-time high since the program's inception.
This initiative allowed students studying in the library to send personalized messages to their parents or guardians. By providing the opportunity to fill out these postcards during study sessions, students conveyed their dedication to academics directly to their loved ones. The significant increase in postcards sent reflects not just academic commitment but also the desire to share these moments with family. This surge underscores the strong connection between students and their support networks, emphasizing the value of family encouragement during their academic endeavors.
The program will continue next semester, once again offering students a chance to send out a personal note to their families and friends during the stressful exam period.
