Don't Sell Back. Give back!

Donate your textbooks today

Now that it’s the end of the semester, are you thinking about what to do with your textbooks? We have the perfect option for you- Donate them to the library!

Instead of selling the books back for a fraction of what you paid, you can donate them to the FAU Libraries to help build up our textbook reserves collection, which helps students save some serious cash.

Now through the beginning of next semester, the Wimberly Library will be accepting your used books at the Service Desk right in front of you as you come in the door. Those who donate books will automatically be entered into a raffle to win a prize. The winner will be announced on January 25, 2019.

Students and faculty on other FAU campuses can inquire with their libraries about where to donate.

The textbook reserve program was implemented to help cut the costs of required course materials for all FAU students. So, the textbooks you donate today will help a fellow Owl be successful next semester.

Also, be sure to check out what books we have on reserve before you buy books for next semester! You can find the list here
