Rollerblading, Skateboarding and Bicycles in the Library

Skateboarding, rollerblading, and other similar devices (scooters, hoverboards, etc.) are not permitted on the Library premises.  Rollerblading and skateboarding damages our carpet and is unsafe for skaters and "pedestrians." Skateboards, rollerblades, & scooters are allowed in the building but must be stored in a safe and non-obtrusive manner. Bicycles are not permitted inside the library.  Rollerblading and skateboarding on the front steps of the Wimberly Library damage the steps and inhibit free access to the building.  Campus police will be called when such activity is observed.
