Media Reserve Requests

Please use the electronic form at the link below to place materials on Course Reserve. You can submit your personal items in person or through interoffice mail. Forms must be filled out legibly and in their entirety, including complete bibliographic information.  Items on Course Reserve can be retrieved at the Service Desk in the 1st floor lobby.
