Zisl Slepovitch, a multi-instrumentalist, composer, musicologist, founding member of Litvakus klezmer band; Musician-in-Residence at Fortunoff Video Archive for Holocaust Testimonies at Yale University. Film & theatre credits Defiance movie and Fiddler on the Roof in Yiddish (off-Broadway). This event is perfect for music lovers and those curious about the subject. You'll enjoy a live performance and learn from a scholarly perspective. University Libraries participated in Owl Involved, a gathering of new students and those interested in exploring our campus departments and organizations. University Libraries took part in the experience helping students to learn more about library resources. while interacting with students, we distributed numerous goodies and library swag.
