Ken Frankel is Head of Research and Instructional Services at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Libraries, where he supervises and participates in the provision of library instructional sessions and research support to the FAU and Palm Beach State College communities. He works with the Library Leadership Team (LLT) in implementing library initiatives. He holds the rank of Associate University Librarian and has over 30 years of experience at FAU Libraries. His previous library positions have included Head of Interlibrary Loan, Reference Librarian, and Senior Technical Assistant, and he has acted as a liaison librarian to many academic departments during his career. He has served on and held leadership positions in various library, university, regional, state, and national committees. Mr. Frankel is a U.S. Army veteran (stationed in W. Germany) and is a double alum of FAU.
