Elizabeth Weber is the Communications Officer for the Florida Atlantic University  Libraries, where she supports marketing, communications, and events as part of  the External Relations unit. She joined Florida Atlantic Libraries in early 2025 after  beginning her career at Florida Atlantic University in 2021, holding roles within  Florida Atlantic University’s Undergraduate Admissions and Graduate Admissions  offices, where she coordinated recruitment events and supported admissions  operations. 

Prior to joining Florida Atlantic University, Elizabeth spent five years as the Director  of Private Events at a private country club in South Florida, overseeing large-scale  events and client relations. 

Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a  Graduate Certificate in Event Management from the University of Central Florida, as  well as a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the  University of Central Florida.
