The Recall/Hold form can be used when an item that you need is checked out by another patron. A "hold" will save the book for you when it's returned. A "recall" goes one step further.

*Please note that a minimum of 5 business days notice is required when requesting property removal. The item(s) you are requesting to be removed must remain in the location you enter on the form. Hector Moyet will contact you when he is notified of the pick up date for the item(s) by FAU Property.

Submit your request for library instruction, workshops, or tours.  Requests can be made by faculty and staff of FAU (Boca Raton campus), Palm Beach State College (PBSC) Boca Raton campus, and also by student groups of 5 or more.

This form is for all FAU faculty using e-reserve. Please complete this form in its entirety and submit one form per request. If electronic permission is denied by the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) then the Reserve Team will make every attempt to secure permission to use paper.  Please allow up to 7 days for reserve requests to be processed.
