I placed an ILL request-how do I know when an item is ready? (Medical Library)*

If a physical material, upon its arrival at FAU you will receive an email that your material is ready for pick-up. The material is held at the Circulation desk, which is on the left after you enter the library, and can be picked up anytime during library hours. If you have any questions about picking up your material, please call the Circulation desk at 561-297-6911. 

Upon receipt of an article/ online resource from a lender, you will receive a notification email with directions to access your article after signing into your ILL account.
