User Responsibility

Card Holder assumes the responsibility for all items charged to the library card, and must guarantee the safe return of all library materials.  If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged, the card holder is responsible for all replacement fees and related costs. A library card may not be loaned to another person.

LOST OR STOLEN LIBRARY CARDS

Lost or stolen library cards should be reported to the Owl Card Center and the Access Services Department. The library card holder has the responsibility to prevent use by anyone other than the holder and is responsible for any charges incurred on his/her card. Once the loss or theft of the library card is reported to the Access Services Department, the library card will be immediately blocked against further use.  Please contact the Owl Card Center to replace the card.
