Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Depository Assistant, Boca Raton, FL.
- Assists Government Documents Librarian/Depository Administrator with all aspects of the operation of a Federal and State Depository, including processing of government distributed materials in various formats and the provision of reference assistance to library users.
- Manages the Department in absence of Government Documents Librarian, assists with the creation of data reports, compiles statistics, helps supervise student workers and library volunteers and works to insure proper and timely cataloging and shelving of materials.
- Creates and maintains selected areas of Government Documents Department's website and course guide.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and three years of appropriate experience required.
